TIWW is a leader in the design and manufacture of
Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG’s) for Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR)
Projects. These units are custom designed to be installed behind Gas
Turbines, taking the heat from the exhaust gas and exchanging it with
softened water in the HRSG coils to generate approximately 75 to 80%
quality steam. Using the Nooter/Eriksen proven technology processes,
TIWW can design the HRSG requirements for any gas turbine. The EOR HRSG
differs from the conventional HRSG in that it has individually
controlled water/steam flow circuits. TIWW’s scope of supply includes
all of the feedwater piping, control valves and steam discharge piping
required to deliver the steam from the HRSG. Operating pressures for
this style HRSG range from 800 to 2200 psig. The EOR HRSG can operate
both with and without duct firing depending on the steam demand.
Field installation and commissioning of these units
is provided by TIWW as part of the overall scope of work. TIWW has
delivered and commissioned the largest EOR units in Alberta.

TIWW has a Technology Agreement with Nooter/Eriksen
to supply EOR HRSG’s in Canada. Nooter/Eriksen are world leaders in the
design of HRSG’s in sizes ranging from 20 to over 235 MW.
