TIWW has been a major supplier of Air Cooled Heat Exchangers since 1972. Computerized design programs combined with many years of manufacturing experience enable TIWW to provide equipment to the highest industry standards. These units are thermally designed using HTRI computer software and can be supplied as either forced draft or induced draft. The requirements of ASME, API and TEMA can be met.
For colder climates, winterization features such as heating coils, unit heaters and warm air recirculation have been provided.
Replacement bundles are a very cost effective alternative to replacing a complete Air Cooler, as the existing structural components, drives and fans can be utilized. TIWW can provide replacement bundles or shop re-tubing of existing bundles originally manufactured by TIWW or built by others.
